Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026.
1. Acceptance
By accessing Indie Game Pass and signing up for the waitlist or the subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Indie Game Pass is an independent studio that produces and delivers a new playable project ('drop') every month to subscribers, with community participation through votes, suggestions, and playtests. Each subscribed month entitles you to the drop released that month; drops from earlier months are not included in the subscription. Each drop's scope varies between a short game, demo, prototype, or experiment, and is always communicated transparently before and during the cycle.
3. Subscription, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan, with no lock-in: you can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, which stops future renewals while keeping your access until the end of the period already paid. Online purchases include a 7-day money-back window with a full refund. The Founder Plan price stays locked while your subscription is active; after a cancellation longer than 30 days, the numbered spot and its price may be released to someone else.
4. Cadence guarantee
Our commitment is one drop per month. If a month's drop is not delivered, subscribers will be notified in advance and may choose between a proportional refund or an equivalent credit. No drop, no charge.
5. Minimum age
The service is intended for people aged 16 or older. Each drop displays its own age rating.
6. Use of the games
Downloads are provided DRM-free for personal use: what you download remains yours. Commercial redistribution of the files is prohibited. Creating videos, streams, and content about the games is allowed and encouraged.
7. Contact
