1. Data we collect
When you create a store account, buy a game, or subscribe, we collect your email and the order record (game, amount, payment method, and Mercado Pago identifiers). Card details stay exclusively with Mercado Pago; we never receive them. We also collect visit-origin data (UTM parameters and referring page), used only to understand which channels work. People who joined the former waitlist left us a name, email, and profile answers; that data is kept for the same purpose and can be deleted on request.
2. How we use it
We use your data to deliver games to your library, manage your subscription, notify you about each new drop, share behind-the-scenes updates, and communicate the Founder spots. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Storage
Data is stored securely in our infrastructure (Supabase) and accessed only by authorized team members. We keep information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose.
4. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection laws (including LGPD and GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
